Daddy Daughter Ball
Me and My Prince
What a fun night and what a wonderful memory for David, the girls and me!!! Girls Scouts had their annual Daddy/Daughter Dance and this year's theme was "Me and My Prince"!!! The girls loved getting dressed up!! I wouldn't say David "loved" getting dressed up, but he did it without any complaints!! He and the girls danced the night away!! And, being the event photographer, I got to be there to watch it all!!!!!

LIKE FATHER LIKE SON!!

HOW CUTE ARE THEY!!??

Out of Africa

Mrs. Drayton's 1st Grade Class!!!

I feel so blessed to be able to go on field trips and go to classroom parties with my kids!! Today I was able to go on a Field Trip with Kendall's class to Out of Africa!! It was a BEAUTIFUL day. I road down with some other moms and it was a nice time of chit-chat!!!! When we got to Out of Africa, we boarded a tram and were given a tour. We saw tigers, bears, jaguars, hiennas!!! We stopped to see some reptiles then have lunch. We had a little time to tour some other exhibits before heading back up the hill.

Kendall and Max(her "boyfriend")

Kendall and Kiarra - BFF's

Kendall and Eliza with the tortoise!!

Kendall still had about an hour of school left, so I headed on home. At 3pm I got a call from the school nurse. It turns out Kendall was getting some hives on her face and arms and was complaining about an itchy tongue. She was having some kind of allergic reaction. The nurse gave her some benadryl. When she came home she just wanted to lay around. Her face was covered in hives and her tongue and throat hurt!!! Poor thing. I wish I knew what it was that caused her this reaction. But we still had fun on the field trip!!!!!

Baseball Season is HERE!!!!

SO...The day has finally arrived!!!! This has been a highly anticipated day in our household for quite some time now...probably since the day the ultrasound tech said, "It's a BOY!!!" Yes, it is the day of Adrien's first TBall game!!!!

So it was just about the CUTEST thing I ever saw!! And I really don't know what was cuter: watching Adrien out there on the field, or watching DAVID out there. The coach needed an assistant coach and David stepped up. He was excited to be a part of Adrien's first baseball experience.

Adrien's team is called the ROCKHOUNDS!!!! They had their first game on Saturday. Since this is my blog and my purpose for my blog is to BRAG about my kiddos....I have to say, Adrien is pretty darn good. Hitting, catching, throwing!!!!  He is such an athletic little guy!!!!  Now David has been working with him for quite some time now, and it sure shows!!! He was so into it!!! I can't wait for his next game!!!

Here are some pictures of the first game!! They hadn't gotten their uniforms yet, so at the next game, they will be in full unifom!!  I can't wait!!!!

Gymnastics

I just LOVE to watch Kendall and Adrien at Gymnastics!!! It really is a highlight of my week!! They both love it so much!!!! Whenever it is their day to go to gymnastics, they get so excited!!! They will run to their rooms to get changed and then run out to the car and be buckled and ready to go before I even get to the garage!!!

I get to sit in the upstairs viewing area and watch them. The hour just flies by!!  I really think gymnastics has helped improve Kendall's focus. She tends to get very distracted very easily. She is a "people-watcher"!!! She is always so interested in what other people are doing!!  But she is actually really good at gymnastics. She is steady and balanced, and she is tiny and light!! Her toes and fingers are always pointed. Her carwheels and flips are always great!!

And Adrien!!! WOW!!! I think he is just going to be good at everything he does. He is so strong, and has great balance!! He can do a better cartwheel than boys that are older than him. And he can do the bars all by himself, which a lot of boys can't!!! And he listens very well. He does what his instructor tells him. He doesn't goof around. He wants to do good and he is so engaged the whole time he is out there!!! Watching him is just such pure joy for me!!

My kids make me so proud!!! They are just amazing kids. Adrien is starting TBall TOMORROW!!! OMG he is so excited!!!! I CAN NOT wait to see him out there playing tball!!!! Kendall should be starting Softball soon. She is so excited about that!!!

It really is so exciting to have all three of them doing all these activities!!! But it is also SO BUSY!!! We are bracing ourselves for how much busier it is going to get. But, we are ready for it....I think!!!
